Applications

The OR18P type CATV passive optical receiver is designed for home digital TV fiber. It uses a high-sensitivity photodetector, operates without power or consumption. The single-port output level is 65±1dBuv (@0dBm input), and the dual-port output level is 61±1dBuv (@0dBm input). It can be economically and flexibly applied in home fiber systems. Equipped with WDM functionality, it is an ideal terminal product for achieving the convergence of telephone voice, television, and internet services.

Note 1: Under the specified link loss, 59 PAL-D analog TV channel signals are configured within 550MHz, and full-band digital modulation signals are transmitted every 2MHz from 550MHz to 862MHz.

The level of digital modulation signal is 10dB lower than that of analog modulation signal, and the optical receiver input optical power is-1dBm for testing. The test results will be amplified according to different configurations of the optical receiver
